A health worker in every village, and the next one ready.
A state wants a trained woman health worker in every one of its villages. We designed two platforms on one record: one to recruit, screen, train and certify her, and one for her daily work, offline, on her own phone. When a worker leaves, the next ranked applicant from her village has already been screened.

Tens of thousands of villages, each needing one trained worker. Each worker has to be found, checked, trained and certified, then supported every day in work that happens far from a network.
A trained health worker in every village, medicine in stock before it runs out, and the next worker ready when someone leaves.

Recruitment and training
- A job description with a short video, and an eligibility check
- OTP sign-in, with a voice call when the SMS doesn't arrive
- Village and seat selection
- Documents from DigiLocker
- A timed screening test that survives a dropped network
- Applications through a helper, with the applicant's consent
- A ranked queue for every village
- Offline courses and assessments, and a certificate with a QR code anyone can check
Daily work
- An offline app with attendance by location and selfie
- A patient register and a guided protocol
- A medicine guide that speaks in her language
- Dispensing with automatic stock and reorders
- Referrals that close the loop
- Mother-and-child tracking
Above both
- The state's view, down to the village
- A content desk for the training team
- Access by role
- An open API that shares data only with consent
The refill loop. When a worker leaves, the next ranked applicant from the same village is already screened.

Building a frontline workforce?
A programme, a platform, a process that lives on spreadsheets. We’ll reply with the outcome we’d agree to, a plan, or an honest no.
