Agree the outcome
Before any design, we write down what should change in the real world, how we will measure it, where the number comes from and who checks it. It goes into the contract.
Design it together
Workshops with your team, visits to the field, and prototypes tested with the people who will use them. Your programme staff are in the room for every decision that touches their work.
Build from what runs
Identity, roles, learning, languages, offline sync, payments and reporting already run in our products. We configure them and spend your budget on what is new.
Run it
Helpdesk, releases, training, field visits and a monthly report against the outcome. A named engineer is on call for every live programme.
Hand it over
Whenever you ask: the code, the data, the documents and the infrastructure, moved to your cloud, with your team trained to run it.

How fast can we go live?

Can you work with the systems we already have?
Yes. We connect to your HR, payroll, learning, CRM and government systems through their APIs or their files, and we move your existing data in.
Who owns the code and the data?
You do, from day one. Products we license stay ours, and your data in them stays yours.
Can we host it ourselves?
Yes: in our cloud in India, in your cloud, or on your own servers.
Do you work in Indian languages?
Hindi and English from day one. Other Indian languages are written by people who speak them, and that includes voice.
Do you work with government?
Yes. We work with departments, missions and the agencies that run programmes for them, to their procurement rules and India's data rules.
Do you do the training and the content too?
Yes. Our field trainers and curriculum designers can write the courses, train your staff and run the first cohorts with you.
What happens if we stop working with you?
We hand over the code, the data and the documents, help your new team take over, and stay on call through the change.
