We run what we build, starting with Kaam.
Kaam for Enterprise is the enterprise arm of Kaam, the Mumbai company behind kaam.com, where people across India find work and build their Kaam ID. We build and run software for organisations working on employment, skills and wellbeing, with the same team and the same parts that run Kaam every day.
A system is only as good as it is where the work happens.
The person in the record comes first: their data, their language, their time.
We report the number every month, and first when it goes the wrong way.
Product, design, engineering, data science, QA, DevOps, training and support. The same people run kaam.com. Each project adds the specialists its work needs.
Rishi Khiani

- 1998 · UrbanEye. Founded it. About 500 sites for roughly 100 Fortune 500 clients, including Nike, the US Navy and the NFL; built Tech2 and Yatra.com. Acquired by Network18 in 2006.
- Network18. Founding COO of the digital business and a key architect of In.com, Tech2, Josh18, Buzz18 and Yatra, with a 250-person team. Redesigned Moneycontrol as part of Network18's EIR team, and built BookMyShow's platform.
- Times Internet. CEO at 34. Monthly visitors grew 150% to 28 million. In 2011 Times Internet won the IPL's digital rights with a bid of ₹261.6 crore, built in six hours.
- 2015 · Scootsy. Founded it; acquired by Swiggy in 2018.
- Antfarm. Founder of the venture studio behind Fork Media.
