Every night Kaam collects India's job openings from job sites, employers' own career pages and government notices. It merges the duplicates, reads every new listing and checks it, then ranks what is left for each person who searches. On 6 October 2026 that was 1,70,651 live openings, 56,553 of them new that week.

Collects
Job sites and aggregators, employers' career boards, Kaam's own employers, and government notices from district and national sources, every night.
Cleans
Duplicates merge across sources. A reposted job stays one job, with the date it was first seen.
Reads
A model reads every new listing and answers 17 questions about it. Is it open to someone with no experience? Does it carry the signs of a scam? Is a famous brand's name being used by someone else? Is it night work? Does it need a two-wheeler, a licence or English? Is it a walk-in or a contract? What education does it ask for? Is it clear about the work, the place and the pay?
Ranks
For each person who searches, by what they asked for and what fits them, with the reason shown.
Government notices
The official PDF is read into structured facts: posts, eligibility, dates and fees. Anything the model is unsure of goes to a person before it is published. Each notice gets a public page, a plain eligibility check and a summary in Hindi.
- It never invents a salary. Pay comes from the listing, or the page says nothing.
- A listing with the signs of a scam never gets a "freshers welcome" badge, and never reaches Kai's lists on WhatsApp.
- Before anyone leaves for another site, the page tells them which site and who runs it.
- Government facts the model is unsure of wait for a person.
